Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place your items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
